Katja Pudor's performance Zwischenraummessung (Interval measurement) was the first intervention in a multiday collaboration between artists from a variety of genres at the Berlin project space Meinblau. The starting point was a spatial drawing made of charred wood by Ulrike Mohr. Pudor used a 3 x 3 m folding rule to measure the interstitial spaces, then drew them with the charcoal from Mohr's piece, initiating the process of transformation. |
